Hummus!

I whipped this hummus up this morning and it was delicious!  I hope you enjoy it, too.

2 cans of chickpeas (rinsed and drained) or 4 c.
1/2 t garlic
2 T tahini
2 T soy sauce
4 T lemon juice
1/4 c parsley
1 t cumin

Combine all ingredients. Blend well.

Serve as a salad dressing, with veggies, on sandwiches and more!
